Engineer Skill Build type Shooting Star

This is my Idea Shooting Star Build for engineer shooting star uses specializes weapon attack and alfredo. A PVE and PVP are pretty both type build for Shooting Star.

I think this the most balance build in my opinion. Good for both PVP & PVE (mainly aim for PVE)

I don't plan to get "Flash Grenade" for me "Rocket Jump" is a great dodge skill and it has a less CD. Why not get both you say? Well 8 SP is simply a waste of points. PVP-wise, If your skilled enough to use "Rocket Jump", "Flash Grenade" is insignificant.

This is good for both 1v1 & Group PVP. Not great, but good. Its the player who makes it great XP. PVE, Not bad.

Note: I got this simulator in a Korean site and for some reason i cant increase Ice Pump to Lv.3 thus the chart shows i still have 8 SP left intended for that skill.
